Rocket

With a signature spicy flavour, Rocket adds a strong note to any dish along with bringing Vitamin A, C, K and antioxidants to your meal. You’ve tried store bought rocket before, prepare to have your socks blown off with these locally grown fresh little greens.

Our produce is sold  per punnet and provides an average 30 to 40 grams of produce depending on the plant. This will provide 3-4 servings as a topping or garnish or 1-2 servings when used as a salad base. When using as a salad base we recommend combining with our other greens to give more complex and deeper flavours.

Delivery

We deliver our produce weekly and will be in contact once your order has been placed to let you know next delivery days. If you need a specific delivery day please email us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate. Our produce is delivered locally to the following postcodes. YO8, YO17, YO19, YO25, YO32, YO41, YO42, YO43, YO60, HU13, HU14, HU15, HU16, HU17, HU20. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of this area due to the perishable nature of our produce however we are always exploring for fresh ideas so stay tuned.

Grow Times

We aim to harvest on a weekly basis, generally on a Monday and Wednesday. If the produce is in stock, you will receive delivery on our next delivery round. If we are out of stock, dont worry your order will be processed on the next harvest run. Please note, our produce can take anywhere from 10-30 days to be grown and ready. We will contact you to let you know of delivery timescales.

Local Produce by Hydrogreens

At Hydrogreens, we believe in supporting UK businesses who align to our values. Our seeds supplier provides us with certified Organic, GMO-Free, untreated and pathogen tested seeds which we grow into the tasty Microgreens that you enjoy. We use a UK supplier of mineral fertiliser to give our produce the nutrients they need to grow and add no extra pesticides or preservatives to any of our produce so it can be as good as nature intended. All our produce is grown locally in Market Weighton, York using indoor hydroponics allowing us to reduce water usage, avoid pests and bugs and careful control lighting to grow produce for flavour and nutritional goodness
