Packed with plant-powered goodness, our Sunflower microgreens are a top pick for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone looking to boost their nutrition naturally. Bursting with protein, healthy fats, and essential omegas, they’re as versatile as they are nourishing.

Toss them into smoothies, juice them, cook them, or enjoy them raw—these vibrant greens even make a delicious snack on their own. They’re loaded with vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, C, E, and K, plus calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and more.

Our Sunflower microgreens are sold freshly harvested, capturing them at their peak sweetness—just when their flavour is at its best. This sweet stage only lasts a few days, so we harvest them at just the right time to preserve their naturally nutty, crisp, and subtly sweet taste.

Each punnet contains approximately 30 to 40 grams of produce, depending on the plant. That’s enough for 3–4 servings as a garnish or topping, or 1–2 servings when used as a salad base. For a more complex and satisfying flavour, we recommend combining them with our other microgreens.

Delivery

We deliver our fresh produce weekly and will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the next available delivery day. If you require delivery on a specific date, please email us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Currently, we deliver locally to the following postcodes:
YO8, YO17, YO19, YO25, YO32, YO41, YO42, YO43, YO60, HU13, HU14, HU15, HU16, HU17, HU20.

Due to the perishable nature of our produce, we do not offer shipping outside these areas at this time. However, we’re always exploring new ideas—so stay tuned for updates!

Grow Times

We typically harvest twice a week—on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If your selected produce is in stock, it will be delivered on our next delivery round. If it’s out of stock, don’t worry—your order will be included in the next harvest cycle.

Please note: our microgreens take 10 to 30 days to grow, depending on the variety. We’ll keep you informed about expected delivery times once your order is confirmed.

At Hydrogreens, we’re passionate about supporting UK businesses that share our values. Our seeds are sourced from a trusted UK supplier and are certified Organic, GMO-free, untreated, and pathogen-tested—ensuring the highest quality from seed to plate.

We use a UK-sourced mineral fertiliser to nourish our crops and never add pesticides or preservatives. Everything we grow is as close to nature as possible.

All our microgreens are grown locally in Market Weighton, York, using indoor hydroponic systems. This method allows us to:

• Eliminate pests and bugs
• Carefully control lighting and growing conditions

The result? Fresh, flavourful, and nutrient-rich produce—grown with care, right here in Yorkshire.
