With its signature spicy kick, our Rocket microgreens bring a bold, peppery note to any dish. But it’s not just about flavour—Rocket is also rich in vitamins A, C, and K, and packed with antioxidants, making it a powerhouse addition to your meals.

Think you know Rocket from the supermarket? Think again. These locally grown greens are fresher, punchier, and guaranteed to blow your socks off.

Each punnet contains approximately 30 to 40 grams of produce, depending on the plant. That’s enough for 3–4 servings as a garnish or topping, or 1–2 servings as a salad base. For a more layered flavour experience, we recommend combining it with our other microgreens. This product is sold as a living punnet, with the microgreens still growing in their coir growth medium and roots intact. This natural setup keeps your greens fresher for longer and allows you to harvest them right when you’re ready to eat. Simply store the punnet in your fridge like any other fresh produce. Because the crop is still growing, the weight of the greens alone can vary—our 30–40 gram estimate is an approximation based on average growth at harvest stage.

Delivery

We deliver our fresh produce weekly and will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the next available delivery day. If you require delivery on a specific date, please email us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Currently, we deliver locally to the following postcodes:
YO8, YO17, YO19, YO25, YO32, YO41, YO42, YO43, YO60, HU13, HU14, HU15, HU16, HU17, HU20.

Due to the perishable nature of our produce, we do not offer shipping outside these areas at this time. However, we’re always exploring new ideas—so stay tuned for updates!

Grow Times

We typically harvest twice a week—on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If your selected produce is in stock, it will be delivered on our next delivery round. If it’s out of stock, don’t worry—your order will be included in the next harvest cycle.

Please note: our microgreens take 10 to 30 days to grow, depending on the variety. We’ll keep you informed about expected delivery times once your order is confirmed.

At Hydrogreens, we’re passionate about supporting UK businesses that share our values. Our seeds are sourced from a trusted UK supplier and are certified Organic, GMO-free, untreated, and pathogen-tested—ensuring the highest quality from seed to plate.

We use a UK-sourced mineral fertiliser to nourish our crops and never add pesticides or preservatives. Everything we grow is as close to nature as possible.

All our microgreens are grown locally in Market Weighton, York, using indoor hydroponic systems. This method allows us to:

• Eliminate pests and bugs
• Carefully control lighting and growing conditions

The result? Fresh, flavourful, and nutrient-rich produce—grown with care, right here in Yorkshire.
