Overview
At Hydrogreens, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality microgreens to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific returns and refunds policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness.
No Returns After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered and accepted, we cannot accept returns. Microgreens are highly perishable and sensitive to handling and storage conditions, which makes it impossible to restock or resell returned items.
Refused Deliveries
If you receive your order and notice any of the following issues:
- The packaging is damaged
- The microgreens appear spoiled or compromised
- The wrong item was delivered
You may refuse the delivery at the time it is presented to you. Please notify the delivery driver of the issue and contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if possible)
We will investigate the matter promptly and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Reporting Issues After Delivery
If you discover a problem after accepting delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. While we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in these cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly. Please include:
Your order number and delivery date
A detailed description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once your return is processed then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
